Granite Internet Services has been providing Internet services to the Eastman region of Manitoba since 1997. For many of you,
we are the only Internet Service Provider you have ever known. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your
very loyal service throughout that time. It has truly been a pleasure to serve you.
Along with the new year, Granite is welcoming a new company into our region, NoLimits Internet Solutions Inc. (“No Limits”).
No Limits is one of the fastest growing wireless providers currently operating in Manitoba. Granite Internet is thrilled to
announce that No Limits will be providing your Internet service as of January 1, 2011.
As a customer of No Limits, you will experience all of the benefits this company has to offer. NoLimits has both immediate and
long-range plans for network improvements and expansion that will insure your service is fast and reliable. Those of you calling
for customer or technical support may still reach your old favorites, Rebecca or Guy, or you may reach one of the other No Limits
staff. In order to keep costs low, services high and the best staff possible on hand, No Limits runs a virtual office. Our current
office space at the W.B. Lewis Business Centre in Pinawa will be closing some time in January. No Limits will be transitioning
customers with as little disruption as possible. Customer email addresses, usernames and passwords will not change.
Privacy legislation dictates that you must agree to allow us to provide No Limits with your customer information that they require
to provide your service to you. It is also necessary for you to agree to allow No Limits to provide that service and indicate how
you plan to provide payment for services. We have provided a shortcut to a simple online form for you to complete to allow this to
happen.
It is IMPORTANT to complete this form by January 31, 2011 to avoid potential disruption to service. NoLimits does not require or
maintain contracts for service, their policy is to provide a service that meets their
customers requirements, making a long term contract unnecessary. There will be no
change in your monthly access fees, but upgraded packages are available. If you are
