Customer Survey: Your E-Mail

We need your help. Since we installed out new e-mail server, we have updated your allowable mail quota from 2 MBs to 10 MBs. We have also gained a lot more flexibility with how your e-mail is handled. The problem is, we don't know for sure how you'd like the mail handled. We would appreciate your taking just a few moments to answer a few questions for us to help us out.

Almost all Internet Service Providers put a quota on the amount of information that can be stored on their servers. Granite has set the maximum quota level to 10 MBs. Do you think this quota is the right size?
Yes No

If not, what do you think the quota should be set at?

There are different ways available to handle e-mail quotas. Some Internet Providers will block any additional mail from reaching your e-mail once you have reached your quota. Finally, some providers (and currently Granite) allow all mail into your InBox and then assesses a fee for exceeding your quota. Our fee is currently $1.00 per month per MB. Of these three methods, how would you prefer to have your mail quota managed?
