In keeping with Maskwa's policy of providing a low cost, wilderness experience, we proudly present the following:

• 1.5 hour instruction in "Relaxation" Yoga
  

• 1.5 hour class in self massage
  

• a Reiki / Reflexology Treatment
  

• a CranioSacral or Massage Therapy or Essential Alignment Treatment

• Yoga by Ken Phillips, trained at Winnipeg Yoga Center

cost:  $160  ($175, including Fri night)

early bird:  less 15%, (full payment, 30 days prior to event)

bring:  your own food, a sleeping bag & a flashlight
